I treat my buyer clients the way I would like to be treated:  with respect and courtesy, but without any pressure to purchase a particular home.  Unlike some other agents, I believe that my loyalty is to you, not to the deal.

At the same time, I am aggressive in getting up-to-the-minute information about new listings and setting up appointments, so you don’t lose out to another buyer.  I don’t want you to miss an opportunity, and I’m respectful of your limited time.  I do the legwork so you don’t have to.  When the market is moving fast, I’ll move faster.

Before you make an offer, I’ll equip you with a current Market Analysis for the home you’ve chosen, so that you won’t overpay.  I’ll check to make sure the property isn’t in a flood plain, so you won’t be surprised by exorbitant home insurance costs after the closing.  I’ll be right there with you at the home inspection, and be out front in negotiating concessions, if problems are found.

When you’re a buyer client of mine, I want you to love the home you’re purchasing.  I never want you to settle for something just because we’ve been out looking for a while.  I work according to your timetable, for your best interests, however long it takes.
