Bolton

| Bolton
is known for its apple orchards, its bucolic country roads,
its easy accessibility via Rte. 495, and as the host of the
immensely popular Bolton
Fair, held in early autumn. You won't find a grocery store
here, or a department store, but you'll know you're in Bolton
when you see its distinctive flame-red street signs. Bolton
is growing, with a considerable amount of new construction,
mostly in the $500,000+ range, but there is a minimum lot size
of 80,000 square feet, with a 200-foot frontage requirement,
helping to ensure that this lovely town retains its rural character.
The Bolton Conservation
Trust is also actively working to preserve and maintain
the remaining open land in the town. |
